We offer yoga, yoga nidra and relaxation practices, guided recordings, written resources and coaching sessions intended to support rest and general wellbeing. We do not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment. Please read our Health Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
Sleep and wellbeing depend on many factors that are outside our control. We describe what our practices are designed to support, but we do not promise any specific outcome, and nothing on this Site should be read as a guarantee that you will sleep better or that any condition will improve.
Any testimonials on the Site reflect the personal experience of the individuals who gave them. They are not a promise that you will have the same experience, and they are not typical results. Testimonials are published as given, unpaid and without compensation, unless stated otherwise next to the testimonial.
Programmes are arranged following a consultation call. The price, what is included, the payment schedule and the cancellation and refund conditions are confirmed in writing before any payment is taken, and those written terms apply to your purchase. If you are unsure about anything, ask before you pay.
You are responsible for practising safely, for stopping if you feel pain or discomfort, and for obtaining medical clearance where appropriate. You take part at your own risk.
All content on this Site — text, images, recordings, sequences and materials — belongs to Melania Romanelli and may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written permission. You may use purchased materials for your own personal practice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our practices. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
